Our Story
We've Been in Your Boots
We know what it's like to get PCS orders with 30 days' notice. We know the stress of finding a home in a new city, navigating BAH, and wondering if you're making the right financial decision. We've lived it — multiple times.
After retiring from the Air Force, Ryan and Miranda chose to stay in the Fort Bragg community because it's home. They became licensed REALTORS® because they saw too many military families get underserved — by agents who didn't understand VA loans, didn't know the base, and didn't have skin in the game.
Mil2Mil was built on a simple idea: veterans deserve to work with someone who gets it. Someone who's been there. Someone who will fight for your best deal the same way you fought for this country.

Her military background instilled the importance of integrity, attention to detail, adaptability, and compassionate service—qualities that continue to guide her approach to real estate.
